Return/Exchange/Refunds & Cancellation Policy

As a policy, Thamboori Silks do not entertain any cancellations of orders, exchanges and returns once the order is placed  as each of our products are unique and hand curated and we do not replicate the sarees many a times.

Refunds if any will be processed within 1-2 days and will be credited to the respective accounts in 5-7 working days. 

We request our customers to place an order bearing this is mind. For any manufacturer defects, please write to us at thamboori@gmail.com with pictures and we will look into the same and revert within 2 to 3 working days.
